Maison Carthia is an Artisanale Haute-Parfumerie House that blends Montreal craftsmanship with the rich olfactory heritage of Carthage and the Mediterranean.

All Maison Carthia fragrances are proudly made in Canada and hand-finished in our atelier in Westmount, Montreal. Our Artisan perfumer is based in Tunisia and works with rare ingredients sourced from around the world, notably France, Switzerland, and Oman, to create our signature Mediterranean-inspired compositions.

Maison Carthia fragrances are formulated with a very high fragrance oil concentration, often in the 25–30% range, which is closer to Extrait / Parfum strength than a typical Eau de Parfum.

On most skin types, you can expect 6–12 hours of wear, with traces often lingering on clothing and hair even longer. Longevity can vary slightly based on your skin, environment, and how much you apply.

In perfumery, the "dosage" refers to the percentage of fragrance oils in the formula:

• Body mists: usually around 1–5%

• Eau de cologne: about 3–8%

• Eau de toilette: about 5–10%

• Eau de parfum: often 8–15%

• Parfum / extrait: around 15–25%+

Many fragrances on the market use the lower end of these ranges while still being labeled as "Eau de parfum."
