Refund policy
Every Maison Carthia fragrance is hand-filled to order in small batches at our Montréal atelier. Because each bottle is prepared by hand once you place your order, we can only accept returns on unopened items. Every scent is also offered as a 2ml tester, so you can find the one you love before opening a full bottle. If something is not right with your order, the notes below explain how we will make it good.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or something is not right, write to us at info.maisoncarthia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement or issue store credit at no cost to you.
Unopened items
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Return shipping is covered by the customer. Please reach out before you send anything back so we can walk you through it.

- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Anything marked final sale
Starting a return
Email info.maisoncarthia@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We reply within 2 business days with the next steps.
