Refund policy

At Maison Carthia, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are hand-filled and made to order in small batches at our atelier, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at info.maisoncarthia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

**Unopened Items**
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before sending any item back.

**Non-Returnable Items**
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
