Shipping policy

**Processing Time**
All orders are hand-filled and packed with care at our Westmount, Montreal atelier. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak periods (holidays, limited releases), processing may take up to 5 business days.

**Shipping — Canada**
We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once dispatched. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

**Shipping — United States & International**
We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery.

**Free Shipping**
Free standard shipping is available on Canadian orders over a qualifying threshold. Current threshold and eligible regions are displayed at checkout.

**Order Tracking**
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

**Lost or Delayed Packages**
If your package has not arrived within the stated delivery window, please contact us at info.maisoncarthia@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
