Shipping policy

Processing time

Every order is hand-filled and packed at our Westmount atelier in Montréal. Most orders leave us within 2 to 4 business days. Around holidays and limited releases, please allow up to 5 business days.

Canada

We ship across Canada with Canada Post. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days once your order is on its way. Expedited options are available at checkout.

United States and international

We ship to the United States and to select destinations abroad. Delivery times vary and usually land between 7 and 14 business days. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are charged on delivery.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on Canadian orders over $99 CAD. The current threshold and eligible regions are always shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within the delivery window above, email us at info.maisoncarthia@gmail.com and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or an incorrect address given at checkout.
