This website is operated by Maison Carthia, based in Westmount, Montréal, Québec, Canada. All content, imagery, and products on this site belong to Maison Carthia unless noted otherwise.

2. Our products

Everything we make is handcrafted in small batches. Small differences in colour, texture, or fill level are normal and part of how a handmade fragrance comes together. Product images are there to give you a feel for the item, and the piece you receive may vary slightly.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout, where we accept major credit cards and the other methods shown there.

4. Orders

We may cancel or decline an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, a pricing error, or a stock shortage. If we cancel your order, we will let you know and refund you in full.

5. Intellectual property

Our branding, product names, photography, and written content belong to Maison Carthia and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Maison Carthia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the products you buy from it. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec, Canada. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.
